I repleaced a faulty SFP module on borcade 200E switch with S4G15-100. But the link on switch is showing a in-sync and in remote end , the light are not glowing . The fiber connectivity was checked and it was looking good . Do we need to enable/disable anything switch ? Kindly adivce on fixing this problem.

the in-sync status implies that the switch is Receiving signal. A priori, I would say that the Fiber is not OK but maybe with more info we may figure out what's going on there.
Could you please paste the output of the following commands?:
switchshow |grep <port>
portshow <slot/port>
portstatsshow <slot/port>
sfpshow <slot/port> -f
Then disable the port and clear the stats and counters
portcfgpersistentdisable <slot/port>
portlogclear
portstatsclear <slot/port>
and then enable the port again and let's check the logs
portcfgpersistentenable <slot/port>
wait a few seconds.
switchshow |grep <port>
portshow <slot/port>
portstatsshow <slot/port>
sfpshow <slot/port> -f
portlogdumpport <port>

I pretty sure S4G15-100 is not an original Brocade part or OEM part or listed on http://www.brocade.com/downloads/documents/matrices/brocade-compatibility-matrix.pdf chapter 6 .
Also the chooses model seems to be a SM SFP for long distance links up to 100KM.
So basically the following things are wrong;
-the sfp is malfunctioning
-it's the wrong sfp for the application used (ie LW SM were you may need MM SW, although that's unclear from your topic starts)
-the switch does not reconize the SFP because the SFP was not flashed properly or at all
-and what felipon says ;)
Anyway check if the replacement SFP has the same specs as the one it's replacing.

Where did you get the SFP from? Can you post a sfpshow output from the port you plugged it in. If you see nothing there its mostl likely an unsupported model. Make sure its a supported model otherwise you can try untill the cows come home but it'll never work.
