No values to display in Dashboard, possibly Jboss related

Hi All,

My First Question on this forum, So hello everyone :)


Basically i've got an issue on a Brocade Network Advisor Server which unfortunetly is running an older 12.3.4 version. I'm not able to see any port statistics on the main dashboards and simply shows the following "No values to display" in each of the default port dashboards.  I'm looking for some help to help diagnose the issue in why i'm not able to see these statistics? - I'm thinking its a issue with Jboss but not sure so looking for guidance.

Would someone please provide me some guidance on what to check / look out for to ensure this componet is running correctly?
