Technical Severity: Medium
Summary: Fault Management : Email Event Notification – All the events are not sent consistently to the configured Email ID for a user.
Symptom: All the SAN Alert Events are not sent to mail ID configured.
Feature: FAULT MANAGEMENT
Found in Release: DCFM10.3.3

That defect seems to be talking about sending mail problems. However, I noticed it too, and being at 10.3.3 I thought it might solve the problem if we upgraded to 10.4.0. It didn't. Still the same problem (as it seems the topicstarter has too), not triggering.
And by reading the thread again, I see you are the topicstarter :) Well, if you're planning an upgrade, it won't help. Been there, done that.

I found the problem.
Just a few minutes ago I suddenly got an email that a test trigger was fired.
It's the count value. It's minimum is to low. The minimum value for count is 2. We need this at 1. There are messages which come only once a day, and I want to see those too. Not possible with the current minimum.
