Seperating Brocade 6510 from a fabric

[ Edited ]

I have a requirement to separate a Brocade switch from a switch group. Currently, zoning is common in that switch group. My question is

1. When I disable the E-port of the switch (6510) which I am planning to separate from switch group will there be active zone database, i.e., from previous switch group database or do I have to create a new database from scratch.

2. Is there any other none intrusive method to separate a switch from a group and have its active database local to that switch.

Since I am not using switch based replication anymore and the hardware (FCoE)HPE-MPX110 is end of life,  I  decided to have zone database local to that site instead of a global database.
