Replacing Switches

We have 2 fabrics each consisting of a Silkworm 3800 with an ISL to a Silkworm 22X0. We just received 2 new DS-4100B switches. The plan is to replace the old Silkworm 22X0 switches with the 4100Bs. The 4100Bs will be the primarys for each fabric connected to the 3800 as secondary devices in the fabric. Im new to this, and was curious as to the proper way of going about this.
