Querying your zones - which initiators are or are not zoned to which targets? How?

Hello,

how do you guys query your zones? As in, say you wanted a list of initiators that aren't zoned to a specific target?

Do you just use the nameservers page? Go to each of the targets?

Is there an easier way to query what's zoned to what?

We're running BNA 14.0.1 too, but I couldn't find a suitable tool in that either.

We've got a lot of initiators and the nameservers page is difficult to read with the amount of zones we have.

Thanks in advance,

Ben

I generally use SAN Health as a starting point. (SAN Health can be found at the my.brocade.com home page).

Hello,

ive always use commad zoneshow/cfgactvshow to find zones. You can simple use grep with parameters. If this not enough you may use command

nszonemember <pid>

to list zoned members with particular PID

nszonemember -n

will list all devices without zooning
