Afternoon,
I hope I've selected the correct location for this post !!
I'm upgrading from BNA (Brocade Network Advisor) 12.3.3 to BNA 12.4.1.
Firstly I need to action a partial uninstall of the current version (12.3.3), but when I run the exe it returns a message :
"
Not enough Disk Space
At least 110 GB required
"
My question is .. why .. when the full installed product is only taking up 95 GB on the G Drive, does it need 110 GB to do a partial uninstall ?
Seems crackers to me !!
I can only install on the G Drive (compnay politics) and the current version has 95 GB and I have 94 GB free space .. nothing else can be deleted off the G Drive. How the heck I'm I going to keep my configuration details from one version to another ?

By doing a partial uninstall it keeps the configuration & performance details that can, and will, be used in the new installation.
Yes the /Backup folder goes to the same Drive.

Server Installation BNA 12.4.x medium to Large required 80 - 100 GB Disk Space
in you case the /backup folder reside on same Drive, and you need more space.
BTW, Brocade suggest to create a Backup on different Drive
you spoken here from unistall, did you mean the uninstall procedure during the Upgrade procedure ?
if yes, you have to increment the disk space for a simple reason, during Upgrade BNA install the NEW Version and at the same time the old is already active.
you can try to restart the Upgrade and monitoring the Drive Space, and post please a screen shot
