I've got a customer with a license transfer problem on a failed IBM switch.
Basically the IBM license transfer site won't recogise the defective switch serial number, so won't transfer licenses.
I've hit my head against the wall enough with this in trying to deal with IBM, so am holding them to their word.
Basically they're leaving a hospital with no service, because they can "only transfer licenses onto switches supplied by directly by them as replacements for a problem"
Anyway they've stated that we would have to come back to Brocade to get the old licenses removed from the switch we want to transfer the licenses to.
Who in Brocade do I talk to about that?

I recall talking to the licensing guys in brocade about my IBM badged Brocade 300s. this was in may last year.
The last email I have from them is from a gentleman Warren Jones. wjones at brocade dot com.

How did it go, where you able to transfer the license?
What i find hard to understand is the following:

Isn't the switch IBM? and Isn't there a problem in that very switch?
