Power Supply issue DCX

We are currently experiencing an issue with our DCX whereby one of the power supplies is flashing green.  The power supply

was replaced but it is still flashing green.  The suspect power supply was moved to another location and it is fine.  This has been escalated to brocade, just want to know if anyone else has seen this issue and what was the root cause.  Wishing to avoid a complete switch replacement.
