Are portcfgeport & portcfggport disruptive to the port?

As part of a switch configuration standardization, I want to change all the ports on an exisiting switch that already has a number of host connected to it;

  1. I want to run portcfgeport <port> 0 to prevent any port from becoming an E_Port (ISL) to another switch.
  2. I want to run portcfggport <port>, 1 to configure all ports as a G_Port.

My question is, will either of these commands be disruptive to IO for ports that are Online and have a host connected?

AFAIK both commands should not be disruptive.

Please test first on a port used by a management host of something.

Btw locking the port to a G port means no FL ports allowed.

If you have FL ports I suggest you skip them in this procedure.
