    Hello,

    When checking for updates, the application displays the following message (I attach a screenshot with the error):

    "Update server could not be resolved.
    Check your internet settings or contact
    your system administrator."

    For your information:

    VMware Fusion Professional Version 13.6.3 (24585314)

    Windows 11 is working without any issues.

    Mac Chip M3. Same error with Sequoia and Tahoe 26

    I would like to know if this message appears due to a problem with VMware Fusion configuration.

    this community is for Broadcom Service Management products' discussions and VMware Fusion is not part of Service Management.
