The Source Virtual Machine is not recognized

I am using StorageCraft Shawdowprotect IT Edition to create a full image with all default settings. I have verified the image. When I try to use covnerter 4.0 it tells me the source is not recognized.

How can I debug this problem?

I am trying to convert it to a virtual machoien on a ESXi server.
