Where to find Business Objects License Key

Hi,

We have installed Clarity 12.1 alongwith the bundled Business Objects. We have been using this setup for some time now.
Someone went into the CMC and deleted the license keys from there.
Now we are unable to run any reports, due to 0 licenses deployed.
I tried going through the setup bundle, but was unable to find the License Keys for Business Objects (neither in the Clarity Setup nor in BO setup ISO file).
Can someone please help me in locating the license keys which I can add through CMC so that our reports start working again.

Hi Vivek,

You are talking about the deletion of license key from CMS->License key . If yes theN please search the LICENSE key file on the server where Business object is installed, Like in my setup its is under E:\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 11.5\win32_x86

There will be a .txt file with name like "addlicensekey_20100106_1262818061675.log". Open this file this will have a key add that key in CMC. that will work.
