    Hi Everyone,

     

    I am recently working on a requirement related to Skills Association. Till Now, I thought we could only associate a Skill in CA PPM to a resource. Upon working on the RSM_SKILLS_ASSOCIATIONS table, I also find some entries where OBJECT_CODE = 'team'. How do we associate a Skill with a Team?

    Hi Vel,

     


    The Object code is associated object’s object code. Pre-existing RES_ID-based associations will default to ‘resource’. New associations may also be ‘team.'

    In 15.3 and new versions going forward, resourcing against an investment team plan can be done at both a resource and team level. While there is functionality in the old UI to attribute skills to a resource through the UI, I am unclear whether skills attribution to a team has been enabled yet to the UI - but obviously the work has been done on the database schema side.
