    Hi,

I'm configuring the matrix priority in a customer. The customer only wants 4 priorities, 3 impacts and 3 urgencies. In the SDM system has defined more and It's not possible inactivate. How can I configure the matrix priority with only 4 priorities, 3 impacts and 3 urgencies?

    Best regards.

For impact and urgency you could set up a Data Partition that allows your users to only see three.

To add to Lindsay's comments, I want to stress that even though it might seem like a good idea, it's not good to delete urgency/impact/priority values from the database. I've seen a lot of weird issues arise when the values are removed and the system expects them to be there.

Alex is 100% correct here - we do NOT support the deletion of values from urgency/impact/priority because it will cause the priority matrix calculation to be incorrect, and the priority matrix cannot be used in that case.  Lindsay's idea of using a data partition constraint to hide those unwanted values would be the best option for this one.

    Hope this helps.
