  • 1.  DSM Remote Control Viewer

    Hi my friends,  I have DSM Client installed in all computer on the network. There are computers that the DSM Viewer is  very slow to give support remotely but I don't know why. In the others computers I didn't get this problem. The computers has the same configuration.  I'll be so happy with some tips.  Thanks in advance,Best Regards,  Renato

    I checked with some folks in support-   based on previous experience these types of issues generally come down to network issues, but it can be a number of things-Assuming it is the same machines that are frequently giving problems check the response times of ping and camping between the server and those machines compared with the well functioning machines.   If 'regular' ping is about the same but camping is much slower then we know the problem is likely related to CAM communication.   Lots of other possibilities, if the above is no help-   probably best to open a support ticket and let them look into this more thoroughly.

    Hi Rob,  Thank you so much to your efforts but my friend who works with me solve this problem. It was  happening because the video adapter driver from HP7600. I got another new one from Intel (chipset) and now it's working so fast.  Have a good day and Best regards,  From Brazil,  Renato
