    Hi Msobh,

You may verify the status of Support Automation by performing below steps:

    - Launch SA diagnostics page at:

    http://localhost:8070/SupportAutomation/jsp/diagnostics/default.jsp

    - Launch the ServiceDesk interface and observe Support Automation tab and  here you should not see a page stating "Support Automation Unavailable" instead it will show the SA Queues.

    - Output of the pdm_status should show "CA SA Tomcat -(pdm_tomcat_nxd) Running"

Also, refer the below thread which contains check list of things to be verified for SA installation:

CA Tuesday Tip: Support Automation Troubleshooting (Installation)

    Thanks,
    Naveen

EDIT: Kyle_R. May 2019. Updated the link to correct value.

Also let us know the SupportAutomation_URL option?

I have previously seen customers making this mistake: http[s]://localhost:8070/SupportAutomation when it should be http://localhost:8070/SupportAutomation or https://localhost:8070/SupportAutomation respectively.

    Regards,

    Brian

    Dear Naveen,

Diagnostic page is opening fine "http://localhost:8070/SupportAutomation/jsp/diagnostics/default.jsp".

Support Automation tab shows SA Queues.

Output of the pdm_status is showing running.

    But ""http://localhost:8070/SupportAutomation" gives 404 error.

Version of the JRE is showing 1.6.

Is there any thing missing from installation ?. Can you suggest me waht i may be doing wrong.

    Thanks

Any chance to be able to see a screenshot of the Diagnostics page and of the Options Manager settings for Support Automation? If you don't want to post this information on the forum then a support ticket would be the next step.

Does the Diagnostics page still work if you go to http://devsd:8070/SupportAutomation/jsp/diagnostics/default.jsp? From a configuration standpoint it looks correct, I just wonder if something isn't routing correctly.

I'll admit that it's not clear at this point what the problem may be. I think the next step would be to get a support case opened for a more indepth review.
