Unable to start IDM service using Services

Hello,

We are encountering this error while registering JBOSS as a Service and running it by going into Windows Services. We are using the Jboss version 7.4.0. The service that we are trying to register is Identity Manager v14.5 from CA Broadcom.

If we run the Identity manager using the Standalone.bat file which was provided with the IDM, then it runs with no issues. We need to register it as a service so we can have it running even the Command Line running Standalone.bat closes.

For configuring JBoss EAP to run as a service, please follow Red Hat instructions

If still not working, please share more information about the steps followed and the results.
