  • Upcoming IGA Office Hours - July 2025

    The IGA Product Team will be hosting Office Hours on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at 11:00 US Eastern time (8:00 US Pacific time and 17:00 Central European Time). These meetings last one hour and are composed of two general sections. In the first section, the team will present topics such as highlighting new and enhanced features, product roadmaps, and other relevant product information. In the second section, customers are provided the opportunity to ask questions of the team. (Please note that this is not intended to offer status on open support cases, but to answer other questions you have.)  
     
    The abstract for this office hours will be finalized about 2-3 weeks prior to the event, so please check back if you want to know the topics for this month’s session. However, you are more than welcome to register now for this event.

    The Symantec IGA product management and engineering team hosted Office Hours on Thursday, December 5, 2024.  During this session, the team highlighted the new deployment architecture and IGA Xpress migration/upgrade tool in the upcoming v15 release.
