'SPENT' Effort Metric on Project Status Report remains incorrectly at 0 and 0%

Trying to configure the Status report for a Test Project in Clarity SaaS 16.3.0, Modern Experience,

I face an "Effort" metric widget where the Spent Metric remains @ 0 and 0% although 

the related Timesheet postings seem correct having gone through the process

(eg Cost Metrics, % Expended, Actual Effort)

Searching in the community threads, I came across an older article on a similar issue reported.

But although the issue claimed that it affects only CITs and Ideas, I was wondering

if someone experiences the same situation also in Projects.

Glad that was it.

Here is information on that job, it updates some total fields at the investment level Even in Classic, it updates values on the list pages (project, ideas.)
