Yes another problem with bad reputation.
Our secure corporate mail server, which does not and has never sent any bulk messages, has a negative rating on your product.
We found this out by accident when we were trying to send an offer to a major new customer. The mail could not be delivered.
The server is only one, that send our emails, has security, has DNS and reverse records in order, no relay enabled, we use DKIM, SPF, DMARC, SSL...
When I request a cancellation via https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/remove it only lasts a few hours and the bad reputation is back - no mail sent in between either.
I am asking for a long term cancellation of the negative rating. I'm asking repeatedly. The bad reviews keep coming back.
Please advise what else I can do to send mail...
The IP address of the mail server is 31 . 31 . 74 . 161 (no spaces).
