Hello,For some reason, last night more than 20 emails were suddenly blocked by Email Security cloud. These emails are sent by one internal account and are legitimate:When we tried to liberate them by Pen ID, we get the message 'Malware not found'.I have checked that my user is listed in the 'Symantec Email Quarantine Administrator'. Any ideas on why I cannot liberate all these false positives?Regards.
