error WARN KeystoreManager in JasperReport

I am having trouble with KeystoreManager can't allow to modify it. I tried copying the token from CA and then generating a new key, but it still does not work.

this error in jasper logs

2024-11-13T09:53:35,234 WARN KeystoreManager(Initialization),main:54 Current system user can't modify keystore.

Is your IM a vApp or a standalone Identity Manager server?

Can you share the exact command typed / screenshot?
