We have received a question from an end user.
The issue has now been resolved, but an issue occurred in the end user's environment where the Clarity screen would not display.
Is it possible to investigate this issue as described in the following KB?

We encountered an issue where the Clarity screen would not display.
(At least seven people were experiencing the same issue at the same time, so we believe it was a systemic issue)
Specifically, when you went to the Clarity screen, the following occurred:
A few seconds: Black screen
A few seconds: The Clarity frame appears, but no information appears (parent/subprojects created on the project screen do not appear)
After that, the parent/subproject appears, but clicking on it does not take you to the parent/subproject screen.
This issue has been resolved, but we would be troubled if a similar issue occurs in the future, so could you please confirm the cause?
