Hello Team,
I correct the previous description for the result of autoshift to the successor task with the external dependency between subprojects.
We have confirmed that successor task is shifted automatically too.

We cancel this question.

Thanks,

Hello Team,

Product: Clarity 16.3.2

Does "Create Tentative Schedule" support the Autoshift below for external dependent tasks between subprojects?

The Autoshift for dependent tasks within a subproject works correctly, but dates of successor tasks with external dependencies between subprojects are not shifted automatically based on changes of the predecessor tasks.

Create a Tentative Schedule
You can now use the Create Tentative Schedule ability to shift various tasks ... You can also choose the Autoshift Successor Tasks option to automatically shift successors when the parent task is moved.
...
If a Task's Start or Finish Date changes and there are dependencies on the Start or from the Finish date, the Successor dependent tasks will shift based on your change...

Hi @MARUBUN SUPPORT - Yes, this is correct. If you have edit permissions to Subprojects, the dependent tasks will also get shifted when using Autoschedule or using the manual movement of the predecessor task with the 'Shift Successor Tasks' option enabled.
