Hello: Are any of the items shown in the request status form (see screenshot below) customizable?
Here is what I would like to do when the item is submitted:
Change the Name from the Offering Name to a customized string of my own creation.
Change Requested By value. I have a "submit a ticket" form where the customer controls the value of ca_sdm_attr_requested_by. Is it possible to swap in the person that the customer has chosen?
Change Requested For value. I have a "submit a ticket" form where the customer controls the value of ca_sdm_attr_customer. Is it possible to swap in the person that the customer has chosen?
