Our intake process requires that ideas include a high-level task schedule, providing a solid overview of phasing and key milestones, even at the 'idea' stage. Is there a way to use the task object and associate it with the idea object, ensuring that tasks created at the idea stage are copied to the project’s task list upon conversion?
How do you approach situations where ideas need to include a predefined set of tasks outlining future execution?

By design, Ideas do not have Tasks.
When an idea is converted to another type of investment, you can use a template that has a pre-defined set of tasks during the conversion process.
