Action item email responder: does it work only with office365 and google?

Hi team.

I'm trying to use the new action item with email integration (answer from email) but I'm not able to use it.

My question is : does it work only with office365 and google?

For my tests I'm using a standalone email server (with smtp,imap,pop3); I receive email but when I answer nothing happens.

I've enable trace in the Mail server option page of clarity but I don't see anything related in clarity log files.

So my doubt is that it works only with microsoft and google.

At this point of time its testing with Office and Google.
