Hi Team,

■Product
[Product] Clarity SaaS
[Release] {Version} (16.3.2)

■Inquiry content
When I move the cursor to a text cell in the Risk module, the text pops up.
Is it possible to set it so that this popup does not appear?
It is not a cell where rich text can be entered, but a cell where only text can be entered.
(I think the popup does not appear for a few seconds after opening the Risk module)

Thanks,

Hi Team,

This is not for input during editing.
This is a dedicated popup that appears here.

It is a gray text box.

Thanks,

Which browser are you using? If its Safari, this is a known Safari feature. Chromium based browsers will only show the edit popup as Suman mentioned when the box is clicked on

I checked on Chrome, but the display was the same on Firefox.

firefox

On Safari, the text box was displayed twice.

It's true that one of the text boxes appears to be a standard feature of Safari.

This phenomenon occurs when you enter any text into the text input field.
If you place the mouse cursor over this text cell for a certain period of time (?), a text box will pop up.

Once displayed, it seems to be cached, and the text box will be displayed immediately.

This text box is for display purposes only.
