On Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 8:00 AM Pacific / 11:00 AM Eastern, the SiteMinder team hosted an Office Hours meeting.

These one-hour sessions consist of two parts: a presentation on prepared topics followed by an open Q&A session with the SiteMinder team. Participants include development, support, and field engineers, as well as product management.

Agenda:
- Preview of three 12.9.1 features:
· Limiting the number of concurrent logins
· Enhancing certificate lifecycle management with key sets
· Patch support for the REST API

- Update on the Identity Security Platform 4.0 release: Information on the January release, which most SiteMinder customers are entitled to under their current contracts.

- New SiteMinder deployment assessment: Details on the new multimodal free offering.

- Technical guide availability: Guidance for creating a Generative AI assistant for SiteMinder administration.

- Community announcements: Other important updates for the SiteMinder community.

This is a great opportunity to hear directly from experts, see demonstrations, and get answers regarding the future of secure, scalable identity management.

The Directory Product Team hosted Office Hours on Thursday, November 20, 2025.

During the November Office Hours, the Directory team covered the new features in the 14.1 SP7 release including:

•    Ability to shrink DB size from Directory Manager
•    Enhancements to Password Dictionary
•    Enhancements to dsp-link-count.
