    Hi All,

    Siteminder 12.9 introduced a new "External Authentication Service Template" to support integration with external authentication provider over "OpenID Connect Authorization Code Flow".

    According to the documentation, this requires "Enable federation in Access Gateway".

    My question is, can we use this new feature with web agent with "Web Agent Option Pack", or does it require an Access Gateway?

    Also, I think it should work with Okta to leverage its MFA authentication?
