Hi, we've been told that the xflow interface causes CA to become alot less flexible and is not worth it in general.

Wanted to ask what is/was your experience with it? cause atm, our current CA has a bit of an... "older" feeling to it.

    Hello Ramy Watts,

xFlow is designed to be driven via configurations as compared to customizations. This does not mean less flexibility though. In case you have any specific queries about xFlow, feel free to reach out to the support team and we would be happy to help.

    Thank you.

    Hi Ramy,

Yes, in my experience some users prefer to use the old sdm interface and not the xflow interface.

For example, it is easier to update several fields in SDM than in xflow because some fields need to be updated by commands, so if the analyst wants to update 5 field, means 5 commands. It's faster on sdm that xflow.

Other function, like edit on list is funtional on SDM and not on xflow.

Problem like, custom fields only can update with command, or custom view it's not possible... and others...
