    DB: Oracle 19c Windows Server
     
    What is IMTEST for? Is this a C## prefix user that need to be created when installing Oracle 19c? Can this user be edited or deleted?

    IDM does not setup a 'IMTEST' user in the Oracle database, we do not have any default database credentials outside of the DEMO deployment of Virtual Appliance which uses a limited Oracle database, but none of those credentials are 'IMTEST' 

    This would be a user someone from your site created, potentially for testing purposes, but you will need to work with the DBA to determine if that account is currently being used, and if so trace back to the origination of those connections before you decide if the user can be modified or deleted.
