    Is there any option in Broadcom Service Desk where we can restrict reopening tickets after 3 days of closure?

    Hi Ahmer,

    There is no such feature built into the product, but you could create a majic & spel trigger, a PRE_CI or PRE_VALIDATE then check the dates based on your requirements and allow or block the ticket update request.
