I wanted to ask what tool have you replaced support automation with? We have a client that requires a remote connection from Service Desk Manager

Hello,

Regarding Support Automation, the chat functionality from Support Automation has an equivalent replacement, which has been moved over to Service Point.  There is no equivalent functionality provided OOB for Support Automation's remote connectivity.
