Status Hide and Show deepens on Category

    Dear Team 

    I would to ask you how I can show status when ticket category for example is Application but not showing this status when Category is not emails 

    ex: if category is Application and status Open will paper in progress as new status but if category is Email will appear status Done.

    We need away that will reflect in Xflow if we configure it in SDM.
