Service Catalog unable to fetch SRFs

I have Service Catalog (version 17.4.0.0.26) integrated with Process Automation (version 04.4.00 build 04.4.100).
The integration test in Service Catalog passes successfully, and the test processes in Process Automation also complete successfully.

Non the less, when trying to create a news Action in Event-Rules-Actions, when searching for the Start Request form I get this error:

And in the view.log I get this one:

Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
