Where in Service Catalog can I find the Approval email template? i.e. the template that has Approve, or Reject, or View the related service request?

Email content which you are referring to is from below Event Rule Action (ERA)

Home > Administration >  Events-Rules-Actions > Request Pending Action Change > When Pending Approval actions are Assigned

UI in the email is controlled from the below file:
USM_HOME\view\webapps\usm\explorer\request\requestemailprofile.xsl
