  • 1.  SAML failed after upgrade to version 17.4.3

    Hi All,

    Good day to you.

    May I know anyone had facing issue SAML not working after upgrade?

    There are no popup error just Service Desk not redirect to SAML, user are presented with basic authentication. 

    Try to reconfigure the SAML but issue persist.

    Anyone can advise?

    Hi,

    I also had the problem in the past and found that upgrade(s) rewrite parameters.

    Please check:

    NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE\webapps\CAisd\WEB-INF\web.xml

    NX_ROOT\bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE\shared\resources\federation.properties

    Reparing them solved the problem for me.

    If it does not solve it for you you should create a CASE at Broadcom for it.
