    Hello guys,

     

    Is it possible to reset a service type event of a ticket ?
    I have a service type define in group once i will transfer the group from A to B then service type stop after that i will change from group B to A then service type event start with start_time = now();

    It's possible?

    No, it's not possible.

    OOB it is not possible.

    Workaround can be that you create attach event macro for each event included in your service type for the group and then create Event with condition that assigned group is your group A, and actions on true would be attach events macro you previously created.

    Then add event you have created to Transfer event in notification section and it should work as you described.
