Our cluster has 2 IDM servers and we confirmed the file is inside the path "/opt/CA/wildfly-idm/dtd/web-app_2_3.dtd" in one of them, but the other one doesn't have it. If we copy the file path form one server to the other, it may solve the error?

Hi Community.
We're in our upgrading path from IGA v14.4.2 to IGA v14.5.1 and we're facing a critical issue in our Production environment. Our first step was to apply the patch to upgrade vApp components to v14.5.0 centOS 8 and several errors appeared:
We had an error related to our Provisioning Server, and we found a KB which helped us to solve it. Please take some minutes to check the KB so you understand our first issue:
After vApp 14.5 upgrade Provisioning Server won't start error code 1
Provisioning Server started fine after applying the workaround inside the KB, but now it's IDM service which doesn't start. It apparently starts but it shows the error "Management console is not running", and it really doesn't start. We don't know if it's related to our first error (the one in the KB). If there's someone who suffered the same situation, please help us, is urgent as we are working on our Production environment.
