I would ask here first if it is a quick fix or not before I open a case.
After looking through the user guide it says that I should have 4 tabs under the Services - Anti Spam as follows
Detection Settings , Approved Senders, Blocked Senders and Quarantine.
But for some reason I only have the following 3
Detection Settings, Approved Senders, Blocked Senders. I am missing the Quarantine options
so this is preventing me from changing the action to a Quarantine option.
Is there something I am missing
I was able to open and a case and resolve it there. Thanks
