  • 1.  Missing Quarantine options under Anti-Spam

    I would ask here first if it is a quick fix or not before I open a case.

    After looking through the user guide  it says that I should have 4 tabs under the Services - Anti Spam as follows

    Detection Settings , Approved Senders, Blocked Senders and Quarantine. 

    But for some reason I only have the following 3

    Detection Settings, Approved Senders, Blocked Senders.  I am missing the Quarantine options

    so this is preventing me from changing the action to a Quarantine option.

    Is there something I am missing

    I was able to open and a case and resolve it there. Thanks

    Quarantine is not immediately available to all customers, you have to request that it is enabled. So long as your domains enforce address registration that is a fairly quick task for support.

    As I dont see the option to edit my post, I will say I open a case and resolved through there
