    When the Virtual Analyst "ARIA" creates a ticket, it uses the description in the ticket template instead of using/asking for a description from the user. How do we fix this?

    Hi Patrick,

    When description is present in the ticket template it will bring the description text from the template. Inorder to use the user entered description we need to remove the description text from ticket template .
