I would like to know if there is a data model for the characteristics of the tables or a guide that can help me with the Jaspersoft reporting instance or a dictionary that can help me?

With JasperReports Server being a 3rd party, you should utilize the official Support portal of the product looking for relevant server documentation.

Assuming you are running JasperReports 8.2, the documentation is available here
