    Upgrade Information

    Before upgrading DX NetOps from a prior version to the current version, ensure that your environment meets DX NetOps operating system (OS) requirements. Streamline and automate the upgrade using the DX NetOps Upgrade Automation solution, or upgrade DX NetOps manually. For more information about the upgrade options, see Upgrade DX NetOps. For more information about upgrade support that is included in your DX NetOps maintenance plan, visit the DX NetOps Designated Weekend Upgrade Program site.

    Product Updates

    To receive timely DX NetOps product updates, update your Broadcom Support Portal notification settings: Go to My Profile, select Notification Settings, search for "Network Observability," and then toggle the notifications as needed.

    End of Service Reminder

    Broadcom is discontinuing support for all components delivered as part of DX NetOps 23.3.x, effective October 31, 2025. For more information, see the prior written notification, refer to our End-of-Service and End-of-Life Policy within the Broadcom Maintenance Policy Handbook, and review the Product Lifecycle page on the Broadcom Support Portal.
