  • 1.  Failed to populate the database for Identity Governance

    Hello community.

    Please your help on this: When we try to deploy something to our vApp we are getting the error "[ERROR] Failed to execute IG DB Utility script for eurekify_sdb".

    When we access the "ca_vapp_main.log" we found the error showed in the image below. Where does the "IG DB Utility script" store the database connection configuration when it populates the Governance tables? We need to change the port as it is wrong.

    I inform you that we applied the Hotfix but it did not solve the problem
     
    Maybe you know of any particular file where the port can be changed since today by default the deployment automatically starts with port 1433 and it should be 14334
     
    We have not been able to identify where this could be changed.

    The External DB connection is defined under the Setup menu in vApp - where you can edit the hostname and port.

    Thank you very much for your help. Excellent With this configuration, the problem was solved The configuration was adjusted as it should be and then the deployment was done, which was OK
