  • 1.  Errors during and post installation of JasperReports Server

    I'm getting the first error during installation and the second error post installation, how can i fix them?

    Did you use the UI installer or the WAR install process to install JasperSoft?

    Hi,

    For using the JRS 9.0.0 Binary installer i.e.TIB_js-jrs_9.0.0_win_x86_64.exe, as a pre requisite, supported java has to be installed.
    I think above errors shown in screen shot are because of supported java is not present.  Please install supported java before using binary installer for installing JRS 9.0.0.
