Hello Sebastian.
We have alredy cleared browser cache, temp files, cookies, and navigation history... also, stop catalog services, delete usm_home/view/translets content and restart services. Errors persists.
What we have found so far, after the upgrade SC is looking for some JS files that are missing in the location "C:\Program Files\CA\Service Catalog\view\webapps\usm\explorer"
We did a comparisson between 17.4.0.2 (current version) explorer folder and the previous 17.3.0.22 "usm_home\REPLACED\CA_SLCM_r17.4.OLD\view\webapps\usm\explorer" folder
LEFT >> currently 17.4.02
RIGHT >> Backup (previous version 17.3)
The following files are missing in 17.4
Files that are missing are those that Catalog is having errors.
So, we have put those files (one by one, from previuos release) and some errors are fixed.
But, we are afraid this is not the best approach because we got another "view\webapps\usm\explorer" folder
from another enviroment 17.4.0.2 (other customer) and its Catalog is working Ok, and those missing files in 17.4, they do not have them either.
We have opened a case

Hi Robin,
Can you check to see what resource fails to load? I don't know if it's jQuery or jQuery tries to download a resource that is not available. First screen show shows an error 404.
Maybe try to clear your browser cache.

After upgrading CA SERVICE CATALOG from from 17.3 cum 22 to 17.4 cum 2 we have some issues with the interface:
Request > Find Request >Open Requests, Pending My Action, Completed Request
We are facing this error in the view:
Catalog > Forms
Form behavior, when using Lookup fiields (popup does not show the fields to enter data to search)
Any help will be appreciated.
