Error bg shutdown when Clarity install

Hello, 

I have a customer who uses Clarity but their system is peculiar, they use servers that they rent from Amazon, so every night they destroy the environment and every morning they rebuild it, but sometimes the bg services stop and don't restart but it's not all the time.

Can you help me with this?

When you say services are destroyed and recreated it means they must have a folder image which gets cascaded to the new environment, what is the error seen in the BG logs and is this containerized or whats the architecture?
