I am currently working with CA Automic and CA ServiceDesk and aim to integrate the two systems. My goal is to manage Automic tickets directly from CA ServiceDesk and ensure seamless integration between the two platforms.
Despite my efforts, I have been unable to find any relevant documentation or resources on the Broadcom portal. Could anyone kindly provide guidance or a solution for this integration?
